Your privacy is important to us—and it’s a core part of building trust during your recovery journey. At the same time, there are moments when sharing certain information with your support team (like treatment providers, case managers, or family members) can help us better support your needs.
That’s where a Release of Information (ROI) comes in.
An ROI is a permission form you sign that allows us to share only the information you agree to—with the people you choose. It’s a legal and respectful way to make sure your care is coordinated, safe, and effective, while still protecting your confidentiality.
We’ll always talk with you about what’s being shared and why. You stay in control of your information.
